Great place to relax with friends, on a date, or solo with your laptop. The staff is very surface level friendly. I have never ordered food there. They do have this yummy Arnold Palmer and teas. It's definitely worth checking out.

Quite and clean hookah place with a great location right by Santana Row and Valley Fair. They only serve hookah and drinks. Service and hookah are good, but nothing special, just a regular hookah place.
Great spot to chill at if you're in santana row SJ area. pretty chandeliers and monroe photos (hence the name). They serve refreshments and hookah is good. They play the best arab music. Perfect spot to just handout and chill with friends after dinner or night out etc. Service is quick and easy and it's pay up front before sitting down
This is one of the best lounges in San Jose! The place is very clean and the service is fast and efficient. They make the best mixes and they also recommend flavors if you don't know what to order. They are located in a small plaza but there is always plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend visiting Monroe if you are in the area!
It's super chill! Came for happy hour, price is about $22-$27 depending on which hookah you get.. the music is great and all the tvs. This is def my spot to go to for hookah. Highly recommended!! I came here couple times and it never disappoints. I typically get the watermelon mint! Oh yeahhh
Is this a club?! Honestly the most fun hookah lounge experience I've ever had. We came in on a Thursday night after finding this place on Yelp. The DJ that night played a pretty eclectic set of music -- Indian, Arabic, with a little bit Pitbull/American club music mixed in. They even brought out two amazingly talented belly dancers. Everyone was dancing afterwards and having a great time! Hookah was good -- they have a pretty good menu and the flavors didn't disappoint. The lounge was clean and comfy and had great lighting. Parking in the lot is a little hard to find, but street parking is available further down the street. Such a vibe!!
If you are looking for a place to kick-back and chill, this is definitely the spot. The hookah was good, they have a large selection but we just got our normal gum mint flavor. I didn't try any food and actually unsure if they serve food but overall it's not my regular spot since I don't live in the area, but definitely would swing by again if I am in the 408!
